Experience an unforgettable evening of traditional and contemporary Irish music with two of Ireland's most celebrated musicians, Bríd Harper and Ryan Molloy on Saturday, June 21st at 8 p.m. at the Coleman Music Centre, Gurteen.
Bríd Harper is hailed as one of the leading Irish traditional fiddle players of the last 40 years. Growing up in the music-rich environment of East Donegal, she has won numerous prestigious titles, including the senior All-Ireland Fiddler of Dooney, and Oireachtas na Gaeilge. A graduate of the Irish World Academy of Music & Dance at the University of Limerick, Bríd has toured extensively and performed with renowned artists across the globe.
Ryan Molloy is a versatile pianist and composer whose work bridges contemporary music and traditional Irish music. With over 50 compositions to his name, his music has captivated audiences worldwide and earned him the TG4 Gradam Ceoil Composer of the Year in 2024. As an Associate Professor of Composition at Maynooth University, Ryan continues to push the boundaries of Irish music.
