This traditional two storey farmhouse presented in a derelict condition at Ballinphuill, Boyle was sold at  auction on February 16th.

A traditional two storey farmhouse presented in a derelict condition at Ballinphuill, Boyle was sold for €95,000 via an online auction on February 16th.

The property, set in a picturesque location overlooking and fronting onto Boyle River, may qualify for the Vacant/ Derelict Property Refurbishment Grant.

Auctioneer Seamus Carthy confirmed they had 16 registered bidders with two main parties bidding on the day. The auction concluded at €95,000.

The auctioneer now urgently requires all types of property for a substantial list of underbidders they currently have based both at home and abroad. “We are seeking a range of property types, detached houses, land, cottages etc and we are offering a free appraisal,” said Seamus Carthy.
