Ms McNally, 32, died after she was stabbed at her home in Lurgan, Co Armagh, on December 18th 2022.

A judge cautioned the trial may not be able to go ahead next month as planned if industrial action by barristers takes place.

Belfast Crown Court judge Mr Justice Kinney relisted the case for January 26th to allow the defence to consider new evidence.
