Mother of tractor crash victim (16) 'utterly heartbroken at what has happened our perfect family'
TJ Chambers - who was due to turn 17 next month - died at the scene of a single-vehicle crash involving a tractor which occurred on the R458 at Bunnahow, north of Crusheen, Co Clare.
