Two people have been killed in a workplace incident in Banagher, County Offaly. Gardaí and emergency services responded to the incident at an industrial premises in Banagher at about 11. 40am this morning, according to the Irish Times.

Mrs Holt was killed alongside her great-nephew in a fire attack last weekend.

Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this incident to come forward
