Cork Co-Operative Marts, trading as Bandon Mart, pleaded guilty to three offences under European Animal Welfare Regulations.

The total amount of cocaine recovered was 33 grams with an estimated value of €2,310.

There were 50 adult dogs and 22 puppies present of various breeds including cocker spaniels, poodles, bichons, cavaliers, Burmese mountain dogs, Newfoundlands, collies, Jack Russells and cross breeds.

Judge Philip O’Leary also ordered the forfeiture of seized dogs to the ISPCA and imposed a €250 fine

Giving evidence of arrest charge and caution, Detective Garda Denis Curtin said that Ms O’Flynn was arrested at Bandon Garda Station and charged with the murder of Mr Foley.

Mr Hyde, 50, had pleaded guilty in June to two offences contrary to Section 147 of the Planning and Development Act 2000
