Garda Louise Kingston told the court that James Greig, 28, of Clashnadoo, Durrus, had reported that he was assaulted by Filip Kroscen, 27, of The Warner Centre, Bantry, while Mr Kroscen had alleged that he was assaulted by Mr Greig.
