The alleged incidents occurred at or near an address in Co Kerry in the early hours of September 28th last.

Edward Molyneaux was last month found guilty by unanimous verdict of more than 60 counts of raping and sexually assaulting his daughter

The board upheld the decision of Kerry County Council to grant planning permission for the development of 62 houses and 40 apartments on a 3.3 hectare site on the western outskirts of the town.

Three other people were taken to hospital for assessment and treatment.

The scene of the incident has been cordoned off and diversions are in place.
