The Irish Government is set to convene a meeting of EU leaders next week to discuss the crossing of 60,000 migrants into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta from Morocco

President of the European Council António Costa made the comment during his address at the event at Dublin Castle on Wednesday.

The drones were spotted in the vicinity of Dublin Airport during the visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky last week.

Simon Harris said the working assumption was the legislation would complete its passage next Thursday.
