A man in his 40s was assaulted on July 19th 2025.

The accused man went into the witness box and gave an undertaking to abide by the bail conditions set down by the court.

No arrests have been made in connection with this investigation at this time.

Sentencing the man on Monday, Judge Orla Crowe said he engaged in “utterly shameful violence”.
