Ireland West Airport has unveiled its new look Nephin Lounge. The refurbished space, which can be booked online or on arrival at the airport, offers a quiet space before takeoff. {element}"No rush. No Stress. Just peace.

Figures showed that batteries and personal electronic devices were by far the most common items reported by airlines, airports, cargo operators, and other aviation bodies.

The airline said the scheme helps reduce delays, but insists most passengers follow the rules.

Former owner of Aer Arann and Aer Lingus Regional, Padraig O’Ceidigh, said airlines should be taking more responsibility.
