The 57-year-old Irish comedy writer is on trial at Westminster Magistrates’ Court accused of harassing trans woman Sophia Brooks.

The 57-year-old posed with a sign which said on one side: ‘There’s no such thing as a transgender child.’

He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.

Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh is accused of displaying a flag in support of proscribed terrorist organisation Hezbollah.

The 27-year-old was charged by postal requisition over the alleged display of a Hezbollah flag at a gig at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town, north London, in November last year.
