John Mackey, 87, was targeted by Peter Augustine, 59, while out shopping in north London on the afternoon of May 6.

John Mackey, 87, died in hospital two days after suffering head injuries in north London on May 6th.

Police said the man died on Thursday in Manor House, north London, and his family have been informed.
