Gardaí in Drogheda arrested the two men after a fire broke out at the residential property on Georges Street, Drogheda, Co Louth, on Halloween

A man in his 30s was arrested as part of the investigation and has since been charged.

The injured woman was treated at the scene by ambulance personnel.
