Gemma Greene (28) of Bunratty Road, Coolock, pleaded guilty to recklessly engaging in conduct in such a manner as to drive in the direction of a garda.

Dylan McMahon (30), of Kilpatrick, Kildangan, Monasterevin, Co Kildare, who claimed he had lots of respect for women, pleaded guilty to assault causing harm to the woman "who did not think she would survive," and robbery

The 41-year-old Dublin man, who cannot be named to protect the anonymity of the children involved, pleaded guilty to one count of coercive control and three counts of assault causing harm to the woman on locations in Dublin and Co Clare on dates between 2017 and 2020.

Kyle Lawrence (19) of Lurgan Street, Dublin 7, is the second person to be prosecuted for the riots, which took place in Dublin city centre on November 23rd, 2023 following the stabbing of a child outside her school

Michael Galvin of Macroney, Kilworth in Co Cork appeared before the court having made death threats against the woman. He also punched her in the ribs and threw a lighter at her forehead causing a lesion.

Cork Circuit Criminal Court heard that Natasha Morey (30) was with an accomplice in a wooded area by the Mardyke Skate Park in the city at around 3.30pm on September 3rd, 2023.

The court heard that Armstrong had been released from the custodial portion of that sentence 18 months before this offence, and Judge Patricia Ryan immediately reactivated the suspended sentence.

Fergus Delaney (61) of Allendale Lawn, Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow pleaded guilty at the Central Criminal Court in advance of his trial to four charges of sexual assault of the then 14-year-old girl on dates between 2000 and 2001.

The court heard the injured party, from whom the man was separated, had contacted gardaí in the early hours of the morning on December 24th, 2020, to say the accused was in her home.

At a sentencing on Wednesday, Justice Melanie Greally referred to O’Rourke’s previous convictions and described him as “a serial child abuser”.

The court heard the woman, who cannot be named to protect her identity, was 31 and living in homeless accommodation at the time of the incident.

Dublin Circuit Criminal Court heard that Cedric Ingle (50) of Park Road, Glenageary, Co. Dublin, pleaded guilty to assault causing harm on April 4th, 2020, at an address in the Glenageary area.

Sentencing the man on Tuesday, Mr Justice Kerida Naidoo said the man had used “sadistic and humiliating violence” against his wife and that the offences represented a “significant breach of trust."

At the non-jury court on Wednesday, Anthony Walker was described as a “naturally vulnerable” man who had suffered child abuse and drug addiction in his younger years but “was not entirely innocent”

Chang Teng Wang (58) of Melville Rise, Finglas, Dublin 11, admitted to gardaí that he had vigorously shaken baby Seán in attempt to calm him.

The 57-year-old Dublin man, who can't be named to protect the identity of his former wife, was found guilty by a Central Criminal Court jury of five counts of raping her in the family home and a holiday home on dates in 2006 and 2018.
