Penggu Song, with an address at Spa Road, Dublin 8, was charged with unlawful possession of the weapon and 12 rounds following his arrest at Tyrconnell Road, Dublin 8, on June 9th.

The Irish citizen originally from Angola appeared at Dublin District Court on Saturday when Judge John Campbell refused bail and held him in custody.
