Gardaí intercepted a heavy goods vehicle on the M9 in Co Kilkenny shortly after 10am on Tuesday and searched two business premises and a residential address in Waterford.

David Walshe has been living in and also collecting rents from room sharers in the house at Manor Walk, Rose Hill, the court heard.

Josephine ‘Jo Jo’ Dullard went missing on November 9 1995 while on her way home to Callan in Co Kilkenny, after socialising in Dublin.

A man in his 50s was the first person arrested on suspicion of the murder of Ms Dullard but was released without charge.

It is made up of the Abbey building, which measures 1,381 square metres of living space and converted stables and coach houses that are divided into seven self-contained units measuring 485 square metres

The collision, involving a car, occurred at around 9.30am on the R448 at Smithstown, Mullinavat in Co Kilkenny.

At around 7.30pm on Saturday, September 21st, gardaí and emergency services were alerted to a serious collision involving a motorcycle and a pedestrian on the N24 in Mooncoin village. 

Mr Holland, a former Gormanstown College student, is survived by his children John Jnr, daughters Emma and Kate and sister Mai.
