Air ambulance called to scene of serious County Roscommon road collision
The serious collision occurred earlier this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the scene of a road traffic collision in County Roscommon earlier this afternoon.
The two vehicle collision occurred at Ballinaboy, Kilteevan, at around 3.45 p.m..
It is understood that the air ambulance was also called to the scene on the main Roscommon to Lanesboro Road. Gardaí, ambulance service and fire service personnel also attended.
Two people people have been hospitalised.
According to gardaí both drivers were taken to hospital for treatment of injuries.
