Benches bolted to the ground have been stolen from a popular County Roscommon amenity.
The benches and picnic tables at the Doon Shore in Boyle have been used by hundreds of people at the popular amenity
The Lough Key Swim Club noted that "a lot of families, clubs and individuals from far and wide have used all the facilities at the Doon Shore throughout the summer. Them benches were bolted to the ground so whoever stole them went there with the intention of stealing them, it wasn’t an opportunist, somebody came prepared."
