A major fire broke out at Grafton Court in Longford in the early hours of this morning, Sunday.
Gardaí say that they are conducting inquiries following the fire, which broke out shortly before 1.30 a.m. this morning, Sunday.
Gardaí and emergency services were quickly on the scene. Residents in the overhead apartments were safely evacuated, and the fire was brought under control by local fire services. No injuries were reported.
"The scene is currently preserved for forensic and technical examination," say Gardai.
