Castlerea will host a Croí Night Run, to raise awareness of heart disease and stroke prevention.
On Friday, October 9, Trinity Arts Centre in Castlerea will host a 5km run in support of Croí's lifesaving work.
Nine community Croí Night Runs will take place across Donegal, Dublin, Galway, Longford, Mayo and Roscommon.
Local communities are coming together to walk, jog or run 5km while raising vital funds for Croí Heart and stroke charity and helping to raise awareness of heart disease and stroke prevention.
The Community Night Runs offer people the opportunity to take part in the Croí Night Run experience closer to home, with local organisers bringing their own communities together for an evening of fun, fitness and fundraising.
These community events are not chip timed, making them all about taking part, getting active and enjoying the atmosphere with family, friends, colleagues and neighbours.
