There has been a change of franchisee at the successful Supermac’s outlet in Carrick-on-Shannon.

Ken Foley, who has existing restaurants in Ballina, Sligo and Donegal, said he was delighted to get the opportunity to acquire the Carrick store and looks forward to continuing offering the people of the region the best of service and quality food.

Enda McGovern, who established the restaurant in Carrick in 2004, said he was delighted that a well-established local operator was taking the reins.

Enda has thanked the people of Carrick-on-Shannon and surrounding areas for the “fantastic support” over the past 20 years as well as all the wonderful staff who, over that time, helped make the restaurant so successful.
