County Roscommon business owner expands his coffee stores with new opening

A County Roscommon business owner has announced the expansion of his company with the opening of a new premises in Galway.
Ronan Gannon, owner of Esquires, Roscommon Town and Esquires, Carrick-on-Shannon, has expanded his coffee stores by opening in Wellpark Retail Centre in Galway City. The newest opening brings the total number of Esquires Coffee stores to 16 in Ireland.
The latest Esquires Coffee store in Wellpark is the second location in Galway, with the first Esquires Coffee store having opened in Eyre Square in 2015.
“Part of our ethos is to create strong links within the community, and I felt Wellpark was in need of a community-based coffee house where locals and visitors alike can go and relax while enjoying organic and fairtrade coffee, along with delicious food plus we bring our popular and extensive offering of sweet treats,” Ronan explained.

Esquires Coffee in Wellpark will serve 100% organic, Fairtrade coffee, and a wholesome food menu offering lunch, brunch, breakfast, snacks and treats. Vegan and vegetarian options are available. The new store also features self-serve kiosks and click-and-collect service, both of which offer a fast and convenient experience.
The franchise has expanded in recent years with three more stores opened in 2023 and further growth plans for 2024. Esquires Coffee is known for its organic coffee, contemporary food offering and local franchisee ownership.
