County Roscommon hotel to make facilities available during Storm Éowyn
The Abbey Hotel will be open for business during Storm Éowyn, making its facilities available to locals.
A County Roscommon hotel has said that it will make its facilities available to locals during Storm Éowyn.
The Abbey Hotel in Roscommon Town has confirmed that it will remain open for business tomorrow (Friday, January 24th).
The hotel is advising people not to make “unnecessary journeys”. However, the hotel has a generator and will be open for locals that may wish to charge their phones or to take refuge from the storm during the red alert.
In a statement, the hotel asked everyone “to be extra vigilant and stay safe until the storm passes”.
