Date set for official opening of Ballaghaderreen Library
Ballaghaderreen Library at the historic Dillon House will be officially opened this week.
The Minister for Social Protection and Minister for Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht Dara Calleary will officially open Ballaghaderreen Library on this Thursday, June 11th.
The date for the opening was confirmed this morning, Sunday, by the Cathaoirleach of Roscommon County Council, Cllr Liam Callaghan.
Cllr Callaghan said he was delighted Minister Calleary would be special guest on the evening.
"This is a great week for Ballaghaderreen as the new child care centre's open day is on Wednesday, which is another significant investment in the town," said Cllr Callaghan.
