Disqualified driver gives gardaí false details in County Roscommon

A motorist who was found to be disqualified from driving was stopped by members of the Roscommon Roads Policing Unit on Thursday evening.
Gardaí say that the driver of a van, who was stopped as part of a routine checkpoint in County Roscommon, gave "false details."
When the gardaí checked their records, they found the "driver was disqualified with no licence, had no insurance and had no certificate of worth worthiness" for the vehicle.
