“This farm is currently in grass. The lands are of mixed quality. There are some very good portions, some portions where grazing is decent and portions which run to the Shannon,” explained auctioneer Joe Brady.
“This property has significant frontage to the River Shannon. Much of the land has hard shores to the river with little distance from the end of good grazing to the water’s edge. Portions to the North East are lower lying and are subject to seasonal flooding. The land is to be sold in one lot with vacant possession,” said the auctioneer.
