The four prohibition orders, which relate to products, were served on Live5D Health Ltd (Health Food Shop/ Pharmacy/ Sports Nutrition), with an address at Riverside Offices, Bridge Street, Boyle, under European Union (Official Controls in Relation to Food Legislation) Regulations, 2020.
One of the prohibition orders is under appeal.
