Irish Heart Foundation mobile checks
Free blood pressure and pulse checks will be taking place soon at Roscommon Library.
Run by the Irish Heart Foundation, the checks will take place at the library, Abbeytown, F42RP49, on Thursday, February 26th between 1pm and 5.45pm.
In Ireland two in three adults have high blood pressure, but half of those do not know it, leading to increased risk of stroke, heart attack, and other conditions.
During the check, Irish Heart Foundation expert nurses will check your blood pressure and pulse and provide heart health information and advice to help reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.
