Gardaí seek information following burglary

Gardaí in Longford are seeking the assistance of the public who may have information regarding a burglary this morning, Tuesday, July 9th, in the Foigha, Newtowncashel area at approximately 10 a.m..

Gardai are particularly interested in speaking to anyone who may have seen any persons or vehicles acting suspiciously in the Ballymahon/Newtowncashel or Lanesboro areas between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. or have dashcam footage. 

A silver slate grey saloon car may be of interest to the investigating team.
