Martina Jennings, CEO of the Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation, who has been nominated for a PwC Businesswoman of the Year Award.

The CEO of the Mayor Roscommon Hospice Foundation has been nominated for a PwC Businesswoman of the Year Award in the category of Social Entrepreneur of the Year for a Charitable Organisation.

Martina Jennings, who became CEO of the Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation in 2017, said that she was “thrilled to have been shortlisted for the IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Award. It is truly an honour to be nominated among remarkable individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact in our communities. I look forward to the event and sharing experiences within the sector with my fellow nominees. I also want to extend my thanks to IMAGE and PwC for the opportunity.” The IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Awards is an opportunity to celebrate the success, talent and accomplishment of female business peers across a wide arc of industries, professions and communities.

Martina was awarded Mayo’s Most Inspirational Woman in 2015 and won Mayo Person of the Year in 2020.

This year’s awards take place in The Clayton, Burlington Road, Dublin on Friday, May 10th.
