Ireland AM presenter Deric Ó h'Artagáin in Moore Community Hall with Laura and some members of the Fit Farmers programme.
The latest Fit Farmers programme in the county will take place this evening in Ballyleague.
The well known health programme, founded by Moore woman and nurse Laura Tully in 2019, was recently shortlisted as a finalist in the Irish Healthcare Centre Awards 2026 in the category Healthcare Initiative – Patient Education / Lifestyle Project.
The popular programme focuses on practical health education and physical activity, supporting farmers to improve areas such as heart health, nutrition, blood pressure, sleep, stress and musculoskeletal health, while building strength and fitness for the demands of farming life.
Two places are available for the programme at Ballyleague Hall at 7 pm this evening, and anyone interested in taking part is encouraged to contact Laura on 086 347 4662.
