Local lotto player scoops over €87,000 in Wednesday night’s draw

A lotto player in County Longford had a Wednesday to remember after matching five numbers and the bonus to win €87,233 in last night's draw.
The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on Sunday, March 10th, at the Centra store at the Maxol Service Station on the Athlone Road in Ballymahon, County Longford.
The winning numbers in the draw on Wednesday, March 13th, were: 02, 09, 23, 25, 28, 34 and the bonus was 35.
Lotto players in the area are being urged to check their tickets carefully today as one player now has a ticket worth €87,233. The winner is advised to sign the back of their ticket and keep it safe.
The Match 5+Bonus winner should contact the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or e-mail claims@lottery.ie, and arrangements will be made for them to claim their prize in Lotto HQ.
As there was no outright winner of the €4,496,070 jackpot in last night’s draw, Saturday’s jackpot is now set to roll towards an estimated €5 million.
