Man to appear in court in connection with burglaries in region
A man is expected to appear before a sitting of Athlone District Court this afternoon in connection with burglaries in County Westmeath.
A man is expected to appear before a sitting of Athlone District Court this afternoon in connection with burglaries in County Westmeath.
The male was arrested as part of Operation Thor, a national counter-burglary and crime-prevention initiative launched by An Garda Síochána in November 2015.
An Garda Síochana made no further comment as the case goes before court.
