No reports of serious injury following N61 accident

There were no reports of serious injury following a road crash on the N61 this morning.

Gardaí from Athlone responded to the incident, which happened shortly after 9am and involved three cars.

There were significant tailbacks in both directions following the accident, which took place in Kiltoom.

Gardaí also confirmed to the Herald that there were thankfully no reports of serious injury.
