One person is being treated in hospital for non-life-threatening injuries following Thursday morning's accident in Ballaghaderreen.

One person has been injured and brought to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries following an accident in County Roscommon on Thursday morning.

Gardaí confirmed to the Roscommon Herald that “Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a two-vehicle road traffic collision which occurred on the Dublin Road, Ballaghaderreen, County Roscommon on June 11th.

“The collision, which involved a truck and a car, occurred shortly before 9 a.m..

“One person was brought to Mayo University Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
