After 15 years Peadar Ó Breandúin announced his decision to step down as Cathaoirleach.

Peadar was warmly thanked for his exceptional commitment, leadership, and contribution to Comhaltas Ros Comáin and to the promotion of traditional Irish music and culture throughout the county. “His steady guidance and encouragement have been deeply appreciated by all involved in the branch,” said a spokesperson.

Comhaltas Ros Comáin has welcomed Máire Ní Ghormáin as the new Cathaoirleach and looks forward to another vibrant and successful year ahead under her leadership.
