Plans to convert former County Roscommon convent into a home

Plans are being developed to convert a former convent/nunnery in Boyle into a home.
The applicants recently published a newspaper notice stating their intention to apply for planning permission for the development at Warren or Drum Townland, Abbeytown, in Boyle.
The development will consist of a change of use of the convent, which is a protected structure, to a domestic residence.
