Plans to erect a 118ft telecoms mast in South Roscommon have been lodged with Roscommon County Council.
The applicant, Phoenix Tower Ireland III Ltd., is seeking to install the mast at Ballyhugh, Ballinasloe, Co Roscommon.
The proposals involve a multi-user lattice type telecommunications support structure carrying antenna and dishes.
The plans include associated ground equipment cabinets enclosed within a 2.4 metre palisade fenced compound.
County planners are due to make a decision on the development by October 23rd.
