Power outage to hit parts of County Roscommon on Sunday due to upgrade works

Homes and businesses in Ballygar, Four Roads, Hollygrove, Mount Talbot and the surrounding areas can expect a power outage tomorrow Sunday, July 13th to facilitate network upgrades at Ballygar Station.
ESB Networks says that this is a planned outage and will take place on Sunday, July 13 from 6 a.m. – 4 p.m.
“This essential upgrade is part of an investment in excess of €400,000 in the area to conduct essential maintenance and asset replacement to improve the safety, reliability, and resilience of the network,” said a statement from ESB Networks.
It is understood that all customers impacted have been notified via post and SMS.â¯â¯
