Roscommon GAA and its financial arm, Club Rossie, have revealed that a second Win a Home in Athlone fundraiser will take place over the coming months.

Once again, the top prize is an energy-efficient A-rated home located in the highly desirable Woodberry Manor development by KDM Homes, in the Monksland area of Athlone, South Roscommon.

The lucky winner will win the house, or €350,000 in tax-free cash.

The draw will take place in the Hodson Bay Hotel on Saturday, January 9th, 2027.

The first “Win a Home in Athlone” draw took place in January 2026 where the top prize was won by Brendan, Deirdre and James Donnellon from Kiltoom.

Over 80,000 tickets were sold in 48 different countries for the draw, netting a profit of €650,000 for Roscommon GAA.
