Roscommon gardaí fine motorist for parking in loading bay

Roscommon gardaí fined a motorist today, Wednesday, for parking in a loading bay in Roscommon Town.

In a social media message, An Garda Síochána said that gardaí from the Roscommon Roads Policing Unit fined the motorist after they detected the car  parked in a loading bay in the middle of the town.

The gardaí said the car denied a delivery truck access, resulting in significant congestion.

“Driver of car has received a fine. Regrettably we see this incident on a regular basis,” said the garda message on social media.
