Roscommon Rose prepares for Tralee with farewell night

The Roscommon Rose of Tralee representative, Rebecca Collins from Kiltoom will host a farewell celebration prior to her departure for Tralee at Athlone Golf Club on Saturday, July 25th, at 8 p.m.. All are welcome.
Meanwhile, on Sunday, August 2nd, her participation in the festival will be marked in the parish when she attends Masses celebrated at the Church of the Risen Christ, Kiltoom, and St Brigid's Church, Curraghboy. She will have a meet and greet in both halls after Mass.
All the young people in the parish are invited to meet Rebecca in the respective halls and have a photo taken with her. A collection will also be taken up for Rebecca's chosen charity, " Mary's Meals". The support of parishioners would be greatly appreciated.
The 2026 Rose of Tralee Festival will take place from Friday, August 14th to Tuesday, August 18th.
