Roscommon school takes part in debating final

A County Roscommon secondary school will take part in the finals of a prestigious Irish language debating competition this evening.
Scoil Mhuire Strokestown has wished its debating team of John Moylan, Ciarán Nugent, Clodagh Hanly and Abby McHugh every success in the Gael Linn All Ireland Senior Debating Final this evening in Dublin.
“The whole school is very proud of your achievements so far," the school said. "Many thanks to their teachers who helped and supported the team along the way.”
The debate will be live streamed on the this evening at 6.15pm, Wednesday, March 25th.
