Sale agreed on landmark County Roscommon property

The landmark ETL premises in Roscommon Town has gone sale agreed, it has been confirmed.
In January, the owners, Michael and Rita Oates, announced their decision to close after 40 years of trading.
Joint auctioneer Seamus Carthy, who is handling the sale with Smith Auctioneers in Boyle, confirmed to the Roscommon Herald that the property had gone sale agreed.
The property went on the market for a guide price of €500,000.
It’s understood that part of the building will be used for offices by a well known local company.
