‘Salon of the Year’ award for County Roscommon hair studio
The team from Headerz Salon, The Square, Ballaghaderreen celebrate winning an award for Salon of the Year Connaught.
A County Roscommon hair salon was named the Connacht regional winner of the Salon of the Year at the Irish Hair and Beauty Awards last weekend.
This year, organisers split the awards into four chapters due, they said, “to the deep talent pool of excellent and talented professionals in Ireland”. Chapter 3 placed the spotlight on the salons and individuals that specialise in both hair and beauty in the provinces of Connacht and Ulster.
The winners were announced at an awards ceremony that took place on Sunday, November 10th at the Lough Rea Hotel & Spa in Galway.
The award for Salon of the Year Connaught went to Headerz Salon, The Square Ballaghaderreen.
Now in their 7th year, the awards aim to showcase the best hair and beauty salons, beauticians, barbers, brow and lash specialists, stylists and bridal experts amongst others in Ireland that exhibit excellence and professionalism in their craft.
A spokesperson for the Irish Hair and Beauty Awards 2024, Chapter 3 said: “These awards provide an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the hard work, dedication, and innovation of talented individuals and businesses in the industry.
“Splitting these awards into chapters will allow us to highlight an even greater pool of talent. We want to congratulate all of our winners & highly commended recipients on their incredible accomplishments.”
The Aesthetic Clinic of the Year went to Ash Aesthetics Beauty Clinic, Carrick-on-Shannon, while Kilronan Castle Estate & Spa was Highly Commended in the Spa of the Year category.
