Search for 2024 Rose of Roscommon underway

The search is underway to find the 2024 Roscommon Rose and young women from all over the county are invited to apply online ahead of this year’s Roscommon Rose Selection.
Whether you are from County Roscommon, work in the county, have connections to the county or just would love to represent Roscommon at the Rose of Tralee the Roscommon Rose Centre would love to hear from you.
The age criteria for entering is be 18 years of age by January 1st, 2024 and not have reached your 30th birthday on or prior to September 1st, 2024 and you must be of Irish descent. Further Rose eligibility criteria 2024 is available online.
Rose of Tralee regional selections are currently taking place and the Roscommon Rose Centre is delighted to announce that this year’s Roscommon Rose Selection will take place at the Abbey Hotel in Roscommon on Saturday, June 1st, 2024 (Bank Holiday weekend). It promises to be a very exciting and amazing event going by previous years.

Speaking to the Roscommon Herald Roscommon Rose Coordinator Yvonne Donohue said: "The excitement has started to really build for this year’s Roscommon Rose competition. We have received some fascinating applications so far and feel this year is going to be once again full of strong contenders."
The 2024 Rose of Tralee International Festival will run from Friday, August 16th to Tuesday, August 20th. The Roscommon Rose 2024 will enjoy the full Rose of Tralee experience and take to the stage on live TV in August.
