Shauna is named the 2024 Rose of Leitrim
Shauna Murtagh with her parents Sean and Frances after she was named the Leitrim Rose of Tralee.
The 2024 Rose of Leitrim was crowned at a gala selection night in the Bush Hotel, Carrick-on-Shannon on Friday night.
Shauna Murtagh (23), daughter of Sean and Frances will represent the county at the Rose of Tralee in August.
Shauna, who was educated at Gaelscoil Liatroma and Carrick-On-Shannon Community School, recently completed a four-year degree in Global Commerce at University of Galway. She is currently working in Cryan’s Hotel who were her sponsors for the selection night.
Shauna’s hobbies include rowing, reading and spending time with my family and friends.
