Sod turned on €2m extension at County Roscommon primary school

The sod has been turned on a €2m extension at Athleague NS.
Roscommon County Council recently granted permission to the school’s Board of Management for the construction of the single storey extension and a new car park.
The project involves a mainstream classroom, SEN classroom and ancillary accommodation.
The estimated cost of the project is €2m with construction expected to take around 11 months to complete.
