Three people hospitalised following County Roscommon road traffic collision
Investigations are continuing.
Three people were hospitalised following a road traffic collision between a car and a tractor near Strokestown on Wednesday afternoon.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of the two-vehicle collision, which occurred on the N5 at Newtown, Strokestown at around 4.20 p.m..
The three occupants of the car were brought to the Midlands Regional Hospital in Mullingar as a precaution.
